Netflix has finally announced when the first batch of episodes in the animated series Masters of the Universe: Revelation, a follow-up to the '80s Masters of the Universe series that has Kevin Smith as showrunner, will be reaching the streaming service! The first five episodes of the show will be available to watch on Netflix as of July 23rd.
Along with the premiere date reveal, images from the show have also been released online, as well as the first look at some of the toy tie-ins. The stills and the pictures of the He-Man, Skeletor, Moss Man, Evil-Lyn, Skelegod, and Battle Cat / Cringer toys can be seen below.
Masters of the Universe: Revelation has the following synopsis:
The war for Eternia culminates in MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE: REVELATION, an innovative and action-packed animated series that picks up where the iconic characters left off decades ago. After a cataclysmic battle between He-Man and Skeletor, Eternia is fractured and the Guardians of Grayskull are scattered. And after decades of secrets tore them apart, it’s up to Teela to reunite the broken band of heroes, and solve the mystery of the missing Sword of Power in a race against time to restore Eternia and prevent the end of the universe.

The He-Man, Skeletor, Moss Man, and Evil-Lyn figures stand at 7" tall, while Skelegod is 9" tall and Battle Cat / Cringer is 14" long.
