Hopefully you hadn't intended on being in theaters to view Marvel's INHUMANS on July 12, 2019, because as of now, that film has been pulled from Marvel's schedule and is without a release date. Just last week Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige spoke with Collider to give an update on the status of several Marvel flicks, and he said that due to having added more films to their phase three lineup since the initial announcement, including ANT-MAN AND THE WASP and SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING, that it was more than likely that INHUMANS would get shuffled further down the line.

Since we made our initial phase three announcement, we added Spider-Man, which was a big joyous coup for us. We added Ant-Man and the Wasp, which was a big fun continuation of that story for us. Walt Disney Company has announced an Indiana Jones film for right around that same time. So I think it will shuffle off the current date that it’s on right now. How far down it shuffles, I’m not sure yet.

There had been talk that Marvel was even thinking about scrapping the INHUMANS film due to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. diving into that world, but it seems that Kevin Feige still wants the film to happen, just not for a few more years; Vin Diesel will be heartbroken. Even with INHUMANS off the schedule, Marvel's third phase still contains a whopping nine films, so I'm sure they'll survive. Marvel's phase three is set to kick off with CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR on May 6th, and you can read a review of the upcoming flick by our own Paul Shirey right here!
