Mark Ruffalo totally spoiled the end of Avengers: Infinity War last year

***SERIOUSLY, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!**

Marvel tried so incredibly hard to keep all details about AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR under wraps, doing everything from not giving out full scripts to the actors, to not showing the movie to critics until the week of its release. Sadly, little things slipped through the cracks here and there, and one of their own, Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner/Hulk) gave away the biggest spoiler of all almost one whole year ago.

A video of an interview Ruffalo and Don Cheadle (James Rhodes/War Machine) gave to Good Morning America last July during the D23 Expo has been re-circulating recently, and in it, Ruffalo blatantly spoils the end of INFINITY WAR. It came about when the interviewer asked Ruffalo if Hulk and Thor (Chris Hemsworth) save Asgard in THOR: RAGNAROK, which results in Ruffalo spilling WAY too much info. “Wait till you see this next one [INFINITY WAR]," he says. "Everybody dies!.”

Cheadle was sooooo not happy with him.

Oh god, that’s too hard to watch. Now, this wasn’t a little spoiler, like him saying, “Hulk fights Thanos and loses.” This was THE spoiler; the one Marvel worked so incredibly hard to keep under wraps. Anyone who saw the movie knows how right Ruffalo was, with half of the Avengers dying once Thanos snaps his fingers, with heroes like Spider-Man, Doctor Strange and more turning to ashes.

You can tell Ruffalo knew what he said was bad right after he said it, with Cheadle’s less-than-thrilled attitude helping it seep in. Hell, even the interviewer tries to move past the subject. Luckily, this proves how quick our media turnover is nowadays, as this video barely made any headlines and probably wasn’t even seen by that many people. Disney (which owns GMA) clearly didn’t even think it was that big of a deal by letting that specific clip go out. Or maybe we did all see it, but to forget it we suppressed it from our memories, like a bad date or awkward childhood incident. I don’t even remember peeing my pants in the second grade and having to sit in wet pants for hours because my mom took forever to bring me new ones. No, that's out of my brain for good…
