If any of your recall the short-lived Flash TV series that hit in 1990, you may also remember Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, playing The Trickster. If not, you're in for a real treat! This role certainly paved the way for him to create one of the definitive portrayals of The Joker in Batman: The Animated Series, and it seems that with all of the popularity CW's newer Flash series has been getting, Mark Hamill will reprise this role once more!
According to the character description, Hamill will return in a brand new interpretation of James Jesse (aka The Trickster). In this new iteration, The Trickster is an anarchist terrorist con man serving a life sentence in Iron Heights. The Trickster will help Barry (Grant Gustin) and Det. West (Jesse L. Martin) to foil city-wide attacks of a wannabe Trickster that's following in the original's footsteps. It's also worth nothing that this episode will reunite him with John Wesley Shipp, who played the original Flash in 1990. The episode is set to air sometime in 2015.
Aside from The Flash, you can see Mark Hamill next in a little movie called STAR WARS: EPISODE VII – THE FORCE AWAKENS on December 18, 2015
They have to get him back in that outfit.
