The found footage flick CREEP has generated a decent amount of buzz in the horror comunity, but I'm not sure anybody expected that we'd be getting a sequel. Well, good news. CREEP 2 is in development, as affirmed by this Tweet from star Mark Duplass:
Trying on wardrobe today for CREEP 2.
This one is gonna get a little bit weird.— Mark Duplass (@MarkDuplass) August 16, 2016
A "little bit weird" is what Duplass does best, so this is only good news. And the presence of a sequel might boost CREEP's status even more. There's no other information out on the sequel yet, but Duplass's Tweet seems very confident in its development status. More news as this story breaks!
Here's the plot of the original CREEP:
When a videographer answers a Craigslist ad for a one-day job in a remote mountain town, he finds his client is not at all what he initially seems.
CREEP starred Duplass and Patrick Brice, who both co-wrote the film. It was directed by Brice. So far there is no confirmation if he will be returning.
