The film MANDY LANE (READ
ARROW’S REVIEW HERE) is getting a release date of July 20th, which is weird considering how soon that is and how late in the publicity game it is to be announcing release dates. Either way, this movie should be a good one, as it is a pure 80’s movie homage…or at least according to what I’ve read. Plus it has one super cute leading lady, Amanda Heard, playing the title role.
The film is about a group of high schoolers who invite Mandy Lane (Amber Heard), a good girl who became quite hot over the summer, to a weekend party on a secluded ranch. While the festivities rage on, the number of revelers begins to drop quite mysteriously.
I think this film has got some potential, but I am weary about the studio suddenly throwing out a release date that is coming up. Oh well, as long as there is ample amounts of gore and flesh I will be satisfied.
As I said earlier, Amanda Heard is way cute.
