Mad Max Fury Road: Here’s your first look at Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron!

Entertainment Weekly has given us a great new look at Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron in MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, next year’s much-anticipated sequel/reboot from George Miller.

Check out Charlize’s mechanical arm. The character, named Imperator Furiosa, is described in the article as a “badass commander.” Certainly looks that way to me!

Miller has this enticing quote about the film to offer:

“I wanted to tell a linear story–a chase that starts as the movie begins and continues for 110 minutes,” says the Australian writer-director. Fury Road features few digital effects and even less dialogue, he explains. “In this crucible of very intense action, the characters are revealed.”

How awesome does that sound?!
