Live stream of Full Moon’s Deadly 10 productions begins today with Halloweed

As previously reported, Full Moon is conducting "a bold new experiment in interactive feature filmmaking" that will allow fans, aspiring filmmakers, and the just curious alike to watch the production of ten features, as there will be two live streams running for every minute that filming is taking place. These live streams can be viewed on DeadlyTen.com – and the streaming and filming begins today.

The first Deadly Ten project to go into production is director Danny Draven's HALLOWEED NIGHT: MEET THE WEEDJIES. Scripted by Shane Bitterling, this one is described as a "wacky, weed-choked comedy caper" that's a "ganja-filled take on GHOULIES" (pictured above). 

It’s the eve of Halloween in Las Vegas and three enterprising young ladies are throwing a massive 420 gala. But little do they know, they’re also going to unleash a freakish gaggle of party-loving nightmare-creatures from beyond! When a midnight scavenger hunt for a rare bud of weed known as the "Golden Nug" brings a group of party-hungry stoners to a haunted hotel, it seems like it’ll be the greatest night ever. But when the enigmatic owner, Madam Haze, introduces them to the Weed-G-Board, they open a portal beyond our world, and unleash The Weedjies! This group of ghastly hysterical creatures has only one mission: Party ‘till you die. Before Halloween night is over, the unwitting guests will have to fight for their right to party, and put The Weedgies back in the board – or end up sucked into the netherworld forever!

Ester Goldberg, Mindy Robinson, Bridget Marquardt, Shawn "Cool Duder" Phillips, The Howard Stern Show's Richard Christy and Medicated Pete, and genre icon Barbara Crampton will star.

HALLOWEED NIGHT: MEET THE WEEDJIES begins filming in Las Vegas today, June 11th, at 1:30pm PST – and that means the live stream of its production will also start today at that time.

The other films in the Deadly Ten line-up are SUBSPECIES V: BLOOD RISE, the PUPPET MASTER spin-off BLADE: THE IRON CROSS, SORORITY BABES IN THE SLIMEBALL BOWL-O-RAMA 2, BRIDE OF THE HEAD OF THE FAMILY, FEMALIEN: COSMIC CRUSH, THE HOURGLASS, THE SHADOWHEART CURSE, THE GRIM RAPPER, and NECROPOLIS: LEGION.

NECROPOLIS: LEGION will be the second film go into production. To be directed by Chris Alexander, that one will star Ali Chappell and Augie Duke in the story of 

a demonic vampire witch named Eva (Chappell) who drinks blood through her breasts, while possessing a young writer (Duke) doing research on her story. 

That "Gothic, brooding, bloody, and surreal" project will start filming in Canada on June 22nd.
