2020 Warner Bros Preview

Last Updated on August 3, 2021

2019 was quite a year for Warner Bros. Two of the top ten films of the year were theirs and both happened to be rated R. Both JOKER and IT: CHAPTER TWO crossed the $300 and $200 million marks, respectively, and have shown that mature content and getting away from the Marvel Studios formula has potential. With SHAZAM! and GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS crossing the $100 million mark and POKEMON DETECTIVE PIKACHU doing great business globally, it was a great year despite underwhelming returns for THE LEGO MOVIE 2. 2020 looks to be even better with BIRDS OF PREY and WONDER WOMAN 1984 continuing the DC brand as well as the long anticipated new Christopher Nolan movie TENET and Denis Villeneuve's DUNE. Lots of great things coming from WB in the next twelve months!

Check out the full 2020 slate of films from Warner Bros below.
