Warner Bros accounted for 16% of the 2018 box office and rode the wave of AQUAMAN to over $1.9 billion at the box office. With nine films crossing $100 million and led by AQUAMAN and A STAR IS BORN, Warner Bros also expanded their Harry Potter and Conjuring franchises. 2019 looks to be even bigger with massive potential in IT: CHAPTER TWO, HOBBS & SHAW, GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS, DETECTIVE PIKACHU and two DC films in SHAZAM! and JOKER.
