AMC has released a new teaser for Better Call Saul, featuring some new footage from the upcoming Breaking Bad spinoff series. If you're wondering why everyone is calling Bob Odenkirk's Saul "Jimmy" in the promo, it's because the series is set in 2002, when he was still going by his real name, Jimmy McGill. Although the teaser is only 30 seconds long, it's the best look yet at the highly anticipated "85 percent drama, 15 percent comedy" series.
You! Will! Atone!
Looking pretty good so far, however it's obviously hard to predict how a project will turn out based on a half-minute promo. While I'm not expecting it to receive the same level of critical acclaim as Breaking Bad, I'll be happy if Better Call Saul ends up being a very solid series, and as a big Bob Odenkirk fan, I can't wait to see him back on the small screen as the criminal lawyer.
Better Call Saul will premiere on AMC on Sunday, February 8, 2015.
