Kristen Stewart is unrecognizable in first-look as Princess Diana in Spencer

Kristen Stewart's buzzed-about Princess Diana biopic Spencer has unveiled the first-look of the actress as Lady Diana and I personally don't see a hint of Stewart as she appears to fully disappear into the role. You can check out the first-look image below:

Spencer is now filming in Germany before moving over to the U.K., most likely after their lockdowns are lifted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The production has also announced that Timothy Spall, Sally Hawkins, and Sean Harris have also joined the cast of the Pablo Larraín directed film. With a script by Steven Knight, the film details a weekend in the early '90s. when Diana decided her marriage to Prince Charles wasn't working and she decided she needed to veer from a path that had put her life in line to one day be queen. The story takes place over three days in one of her final Christmas holidays in the House of Windsor. Kristen Stewart had this to say about the film:

"Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal turning point in her life. It is a physical assertion of the sum of her parts, which starts with her given name; Spencer. It is a harrowing effort for her to return to herself, as Diana strives to hold onto what the name Spencer means to her.’
