While most people were focused on last night's 87th Academy Awards (you can check out the winners here), this weekend also saw the return of another awards ceremony: The Razzies. The Golden Raspberry Awards have been "celebrating" the worst in cinema since the 1980s and while they're not always right, it's hard to argue with the bulk of their winners. If you had the displeasure of seeing Kirk Cameron's SAVING CHRISTMAS, then I'm sorry. Also, that's the film the lead the pack in term of Razzies, but you can check out the full list below.
Worst Picture
Worst Director
Worst Actor
Worst Supporting Actor
Worst Actress
Worst Supporting Actress
Worst Screenplay
Worst Remake, Sequel, or Rip-off
Worst Screen Combo
Redeemer Award
So how do you all feel about that list? Is Kelsey Grammer really deserving of Worst Supporting Actor? That aside, there's no arguing with Saving Christmas and its healthy lead. I haven't see the movie myself, but the trailer is enough to melt your face off, RAIDERS-style. It is good to see Ben Affleck score the redeemer award as well, given his projects have increased exponentially in quality since he's started directing. I only hope that has carried over to BATMAN V SUPERMAN as well!
