We have some awesome news to share today, as it has been announced that actor Kevin Interdonato, the star of the recent indie hits Bad Frank (review here) and Dirty Dead Con Men, has signed on to star in two very cool projects – and one of them is going to be directed by ArrowintheHead.com founder John Fallon!
Interdonato has been written into Season 2 of Showtime's crime drama series City on a Hill, where he'll be taking on the role of Tony Suferin; "a fiery, hard-nosed cop from Boston in the early '90s. It is said that Suferin is a controversial figure in this season's storyline."
Created by Charlie MacLean and based on an idea MacLean crafted with Ben Affleck, City on a Hill also stars Kevin Bacon, Aldis Hodge, Lauren E. Banks, Mark O'Brien, and Amanda Clayton. Season 2 will begin airing on Showtime at 10pm on Sunday, March 28, 2021.
Interdonato and Fallon (The Shelter, American Muscle) are teaming up on the gory horror-thriller Braek, which is being produced by Robert Dujmusic and Nicole Wendeborn (Death Count, Bridge of the Doomed) at Reingeist Productions. Fallon will be directing the film from a screenplay he and Interdonato wrote together. The story centers on
A family sees their weekend getaway turned upside down when a mysterious stranger knocks on their door.
Braek is slated to go into production in Germany late this year, and I look forward to seeing the gory thrills Interdonato and Fallon have in store for us.
