Keene Act explained

The viral marketing for the upcoming Zack Snyder directed, Alan Moore adapted WATCHMEN has so far been pretty damn awesome, especially the last video of a 1960s era broadcast celebrating 10 years of Dr. Manhattan’s existence (Dr. Manhattan being the god-like blue being in the film who was created after Dr. Jon Osterman was irradiated). In this latest 1960s era broadcast, the origins of the Keene Act, which outlawed costumed vigilantes, is explained. In the film, former costumed vigilantes are slowly being eliminated and one of those, Rorschach, starts investigating and unravels a complex web of intrigue. It opens March 6th.
