Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom clips preview dino action

Many of you reading this article may have already seen JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM, as the JURASSIC PARK / JURASSIC WORLD sequel opened in forty-eight international markets last weekend and has already raked in over $150 million at the box office. But the film still has twenty-one more territories to reach, and those of us left waiting can only grasp on to the handful of short clips that have been released online.

A batch of clips can be seen below, and most of them are focused on dangerous moments with dinosaurs… which makes sense, since that's what people tend to go see these movies for. Included in these clips are close calls with a Baryonyx, a T. Rex, and a Carnotaurus.

Directed by THE ORPHANAGE's J.A. Bayona from a screenplay by JURASSIC WORLD's Colin Trevorrow and Derek Connolly, FALLEN KINGDOM has the following synopsis: 

It’s been three years since theme park and luxury resort Jurassic World was destroyed by dinosaurs out of containment.  Isla Nublar now sits abandoned by humans while the surviving dinosaurs fend for themselves in the jungles.
 
When the island’s dormant volcano begins roaring to life, Owen (Chris Pratt) and Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) mount a campaign to rescue the remaining dinosaurs from this extinction-level event.  Owen is driven to find Blue, his lead raptor who’s still missing in the wild, and Claire has grown a respect for these creatures she now makes her mission. Arriving on the unstable island as lava begins raining down, their expedition uncovers a conspiracy that could return our entire planet to a perilous order not seen since prehistoric times.

In the cast with Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are Daniella Pineda, Toby Jones, Rafe Spall, Justice Smith, Ted Levine, Geraldine Chaplin, Brooke Norbury, B.D. Wong, and Jeff Goldblum.

JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM reaches theatres in the U.S. on June 22nd. It will be showing in some more countries before that, and some countries have an even longer wait. For example, Japan gets the movie on July 13th.
