Netflix has officially put the kibosh on all of their Marvel-related shows, including IRON FIST, LUKE CAGE, DAREDEVIL and THE PUNISHER, with only one season of one show left to go, JESSICA JONES. The show starring Krysten Ritter as the title hero will air its final season in only three weeks on June 14, and now Netflix has released the first look photos and a teaser trailer hinting at something very dangerous heading her way. That would be the signal to call the other heroes for help, but for some reason, they aren’t answering her calls.

In the images, we see Jones once again mulling over her life at the bar, while we also see the return of Carrie-Anne Moss’ Jeri Hogarth and Rachel Taylor’s Trish Walker. The rest of the cast is fleshed out by Eka Darville, Benjamin Walker, Jeremy Bobb, Sarita Choudhury, Tiffany Mack, Jessica Frances Dukes, Aneesh Sheth and Rebecca DeMornay.
The cancellation of JONES came at the same time as THE PUNISHER back in February, with many expecting the move after the cancellation of the other three shows. Netflix put out a statement at the time, saying “We are grateful to showrunner Melissa Rosenberg, star Krysten Ritter and the entire cast and crew, for three incredible seasons of this groundbreaking series, which was recognized by the Peabody Awards among many others.”
