THE KILLER INSIDE ME premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year and its graphic violence sharply divided audiences. While some were turned off by the film, our own Chris Bumbray said it was “easily the best film” he saw at Sundance.
The trailer for the film is finally online and besides the inclusion of Jessica Alba and Kate Hudson in various states of undress, doesn’t do much to sell me on the film. That’s not to say that I’m not interested in seeing the film, because I am, but that’s based almost entirely on word of mouth and not on this trailer. (A trailer that curious features a pull-quote from the oddest of sources – Stanley Kubrick.)
It obviously features little-to-none of the violence that so polarized viewers in Park City but does give you a sense of what to expect in the film. Check out the trailer below to see if it’s up your alley and then read our interview with KILLER director Michael Winterbottom.
