Jeff Daniels confirms Dumb and Dumber To is officially dead

Not that there was much lingering hope once Jim Carrey dropped out but it now looks as if DUMB AND DUMBER TO is officially dead.

Jeff Daniels was recently asked about the sequel and confirmed what already knew, that without Jim Carrey the movie is a no go.

The proposed Dumb and Dumber To was to be set 18 years after the original. One would assume the buddies would have gotten involved in some sort of kooky situation ripe with toilet humor and pratfalls. After the awful THREE STOOGES movie, maybe this is a blessing in disguise.
