Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass crew are back and we now have the first trailer their final installment of insane debauchery, Jackass Forever.
Per the film's official synopsis, "Celebrating the joy of being back together with your best friends and a perfectly executed shot to the dingdong, the original jackass crew return for another round of hilarious, wildly absurd, and often dangerous displays of comedy with a little help from some exciting new cast. Johnny and the team push the envelope even further on October 22 in jackass forever."
The Jackass movie franchise has proven to be very successful. Beginning with Jackass: The Movie in 2002, the films have grossed $497.1 million globally on a combined budget of $48 million. The third film, JACKASS 3D, had the most successful fall opening weekend at the time with a gross of $50 million during its debut. The first Jackass spinoff, Bad Grandpa, was also a major hit, grossing over $100 million in North America alone, and another $50 or so million overseas.
Directed by Jeff Tremaine, Jackass Forever features Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Dave England, Wee Man, Danger Ehren, Preston Lacy and introduces, Jasper, Rachel Wolfson, Sean "Poopies" Mclnerney, Zach Holmes, and Eric Manaka. The entire cast of the previous movies has returned with the exception of Ryan Dunn, who passed away in 2011, and Bam Margera, who was fired from the production in February 2021.
