Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Season 4 has been announced, and it’s bringing Michael Peña along for what is sure to be a wild ride behind enemy lines. Michael Peña is joining Jack Ryan Season 4 in an undisclosed role. Production recently wrapped on Season 3, with a premiere date forthcoming.
When Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Season 3 kicks off, Jack is on the run in a race against time. After being wrongly implicated in a larger conspiracy, Jack finds himself dodging the CIA, in addition to an international rogue faction he helped uncover.
In addition to Krasinski, Season 3 also stars Wendell Pierce as James Greer and Michael Kelly as Mike November. Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan is executive produced by Andrew Form, Allyson Seeger, Krasinski, Vaun Wilmott, Brad Fuller, and Michael Bay. Additionally, Tom Clancy and Skydance Television’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Bill Bost executive produce the third season along with Mace Neufeld and Carlton Cuse.
Michael Peña recently wrapped Moonfall from director Roland Emmerich. In Moonfall, a mysterious force knocks the Moon from its orbit around Earth and sends it hurtling on a collision course with life as we know it. With mere weeks before impact and the world on the brink of annihilation, NASA executive and former astronaut Jo Fowler is convinced she has the key to saving us all – but only one astronaut from her past, Brian Harper and a conspiracy theorist K.C. Houseman believe her. These unlikely heroes will mount an impossible last-ditch mission into space, leaving behind everyone they love, only to find out that our Moon is not what we think it is. Written by Spenser Cohen, Roland Emmerich, and Harald Kloser, Moonfall also stars Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, John Bradley, Donald Sutherland, Charlie Plummer, Wenwen Yu, and Eme Ikwuakor.
Meanwhile, Peña is currently filming Secret Headquarters for directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman. The plot revolves around Charlie Kincaid, who discovers a secret headquarters under his home that seems to belong to a superhero. He shares it with his friends, and they start to believe that his estranged father might have a secret double life. Not only does this movie sound like a ton of fun, but it also stars Owen Wilson, Jesse Williams, Keith L. Williams, Momona Tamada, Dustin Ingram, Jessie Muller, David Longel, Michael Anthony, Ninja N. Devoe, and Abby James Witherspoon, the niece of actress Reese Witherspoon.
It sure is nice to know that we’re getting Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan Season 4 ahead of the show’s Season 3 premiere. I enjoyed the first two seasons a great deal, and I’m definitely down for some more conspiracy-fueled action on Amazon Prime Video.
