It’s monster vs. machine in the trailer for Mega Shark vs. Mecha Shark

It has battled the eight-tentacled threat of the Giant Octopus and the mighty jaws of the Crocosaurus, but now the Mega Shark is set to face his biggest (and goofiest) foe yet with The Asylum's MEGA SHARK VS. MECHA SHARK, and we've got the unbelievably insane trailer for this epic showdown below!

Yes, it's a huge shark taking on an equally as huge mechanical shark. How could you not want to see this? Will it be able to recapture the magic of the first two entries? And yes, I'm being completely sarcastic. But I'm sure the folks at The Asylum are hoping to garner the same kind of attention that their SHARKNADO got earlier this year.

FX guru Emile Edwin Smith directs from a script by Jose Prendes (THE HAUNTING OF WHALEY HOUSE) as Elisabeth Rohm (“Angel”, “Law & Order”), Christopher Judge (“Stargate SG-1”, AGE OF HOBBITS), and original MEGA SHARK heroine Debbie Gibson star in this third entry of the MEGA SHARK series.

MEGA SHARK VS. MECHA SHARK will take a bite out of DVD, BluRay and VOD on January 28, 2014.
