The upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly seems to be full of new pics from upcoming flicks. A-HA! Rhyming! Anywho, this evening I bring you two more photos from the mag. One has the gorgeous Eva Green in 300: RISE OF THE EMPIRE, and the other is Hugh Jackman about to slash up some ninjas.
While I know for a fact that I will be seeing THE WOLVERINE, I cannot say the same for 300: RISE OF AN EMPIRE. I’m not sure what it is that turns me off about it. Zack Snyder is producer, but maybe it has to do with the fact that the sequel is a little late in coming. I also wonder about director Noam Murro going from SMART PEOPLE to something like this. But going back to THE WOLVERINE, I hate to say that I was a little underwhelmed by the first trailer. I think I want so much for this story to be done correctly that perhaps I’ve set my bar a little high. However, I’m still not going to be super judgmental since there is only one piece of cut together footage so far.
