Into the Spider-Verse’s Spider-Gwen gets the Hot Toys treatment

SPIDER-MAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE centered around Miles Morales, a young teenager who becomes Spider-Man and joins forces with counterparts from other dimensions in order to stop a threat to all reality. One of those counterparts is Gwen Stacy aka Spider-Gwen, a young woman from an alternate universe who was bitten by a radioactive spider instead of Peter Parker. The film was a enormous success, even snagging the Best Animated Feature award at the 91st Academy Awards ceremony, and Sony Pictures was quick to announce a sequel as well as a spin-off film, but if you're hungry for a little more SPIDER-VERSE in your life, then you might just want to take a gander at Hot Toys' upcoming sixth-scale collectible figure of Spider-Gwen.

Pretty spiffy, and as you can see, one of the accessories includes a Spider-Ham figure, which is a very welcome bonus. "Based on the appearance of Spider Gwen in the movie," reads the official description. "The highly-accurate figure features a newly developed head sculpt with incredible likeness of Gwen Stacy, a masked head sculpt with multiple pairs of interchangeable eyepieces to create different expressions, a newly developed body, teal ballet shoes with white, black and pink web patterned suit in meticulous tailoring and great details. The amazingly detailed accessories include a Spider-Ham sixth scale figure sticking out his hand, Spider-Gwen’s mask, smartphone, mirror case, physics book, assorted web accessories, comic art inspired character backdrop, also a dynamic figure stand for aerial poses."

You can pre-order the Spider-Gwen sixth-scale collectible figure for $255, which is expected to arrive between July – September 2021.
