Last night I realized that I don't have to read the Nielsen ratings to know that CBS's summer series "Under the Dome" is a hit – all I have to do is jump on Twitter or Facebook around 10pm/e on Monday nights and I'll see hundreds of tweets/posts about people tuning in for the latest episode. And while I am still a couple of episodes behind (but am slowly catching up!), I can see why it's become the hit that it has.

"Under the Dome" is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Amblin Television. Neal Baer, Stephen King, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank, Stacey Snider, and Brian K. Vaughan, who wrote the television adaptation, serve as executive producers. The series stars Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Dean Norris, Natalie Martinez, Britt Robertson, Alexander Koch, Colin Ford, Nicholas Strong, Jolene Purdy, Ned Bellamy, Aisha Hinds.
"Under the Dome" airs Monday nights at 10/9c on CBS.
