The Ice Cream Truck poster is a sweet pink treat

I have seen bits and pieces of info pass through AITH the last few weeks on the upcoming Jeff Daniel Phillips-starring flick THE ICE CREAM TRUCK but nothing really caught my interest, personally. Until today that is. Today we have the film's new poster and I dig the hell out of it.

You can check out the poster below, but before you do let me share the interesting bit of trivia I just learned in that the film's writer-director Megan Freels Johnston is the granddaughter of legendary crime writer Elmore Leonard! That's pretty cool, right?

THE ICE CREAM TRUCK synopsis:

Mary's husband gets relocated for work which allows her to move back to her suburban hometown. As her family ties up loose ends back home, Mary moves into their new house all alone and….waits. Yet in this idealistic world, something seems very odd. The Ice Cream Man, a symbol of youth and good times, starts killing some of her neighbors. Mary soon learns that the suburbs are scarier in more ways that she ever remembered.

THE ICE CREAM TRUCK is written & directed by Megan Freels Johnston and stars Deanna Russo, Dana Gaier, John Redlinger, Emil Johnsen, Hilary Barraford, Lisa Ann Walter, and Jeff Daniel Phillips.
