I am Reshoots

It’d seem like the worst idea ever to start doing reshoots on a film that will be released less than a month from today. But it seems like the Francis Lawrence directed, Will Smith starred, I AM LEGEND, did so as late as last week.

Devon over CHUD got the tip from an insider revealing this small factor in the production, despite a press junket happening at the end of the month that is supposed to have a completed film.

What’s not confirmed is what has been reshot. My source tells me that the ending was redone, as the studio wasn’t happy with the finale that director Francis Lawrence had. Since I know that Lawrence’s ending was already unfaithful to Richard Matheson’s original story, I can only imagine that the new ending is more action packed and even more upbeat than before.

I’m interested to see what has been reshot, but usually reshoots don’t mean well for a film as a whole. If you want to read the article, click here!
