The Will Smith action/horror vehicle, I AM LEGEND, will be hitting theaters in December, so that means the promotional train is going to kick start into full gear. I told you all before about the exclusive website for Iphone users, and now Arrow In The Head got the scoop on something a bit more exciting.

For people itching for the full I AM LEGEND experience, Warner Bros. have started the website I-AM-IMMUNE.com. It is the official web community for I AM LEGEND, where people will get a chance to immerse themselves in the world of the film and
will give members exclusive access to information about the film, a chance to voice their own opinion, online & street challenges, free swag, daily updates, message boards, insane prizing and the opportunity to see the biggest Movie Stars of the year at the Largest Movie Premiere of the Century.

The website isn’t your typical run-of-the-mill site. As a member, there is an objective. This is to stay immune and not become one of them. In order to do this, one must stay active with weekly online challenges, offline challenges and much more in order to promote the film.

You can also get a chance to win a VIP Trip for 2 to New York City for the world premiere of I Am Legend at Madison Square Garden (air fare and hotel stay are covered).

The challenges will keep you busy while we wait for the film, and I must say this may be one of the best promotional stunts ever.

In terms of Street Challenge’s, member’s of i-am-immune.com will visit a section of the site – called Street Challenges – where they will be tasked with going to a specific location, on a specific day and time within their city (one of 14 markets) to pickup an exclusive swag item, which will contain a code that must be entered into the Street Challenges section of the site. Once the code is entered, they will be eligible to win prizes and gain access to the next Street Challenge.
