MGM released a series of character posters for House of Gucci earlier today (featuring a damn-near unrecognizable Jared Leto) and now the studio has unleashed the first trailer for the Ridley Scott film. Check that out above!
Based on the novel The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by Sara Gay Forden, House of Gucci is "inspired by the shocking true story of the family empire behind the Italian fashion house of Gucci. Spanning three decades of love, betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately murder, we see what a name means, what it’s worth, and how far a family will go for control." As you can tell from the trailer, the film has quite a packed cast; in addition to Lady Gaga and Adam Driver, who star as Patrizia Reggiani and Maurizio Gucci, respectively, House of Gucci also stars Jared Leto, Jeremy Irons, Jack Huston, Salma Hayek, and Al Pacino.
House of Gucci is set to hit theaters on November 24, 2021.
