House of Dragon, created by George R.R. Martin and Ryan Condal, is a prequel to Game of Thrones and is based on Martin's novel, "Fire & Blood." The show is set 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones and chronicles the beginning of the end of House Targaryen. The series is one of six Game of Thrones-related prequel projects that is in the works at HBO so it's obvious they know that this universe is a hit they're not really to let go of just yet.
What are YOUR thoughts on the images from House of the Dragon? The first season of the series is scheduled to air in 2022 and will consist of ten episodes.
