One of the upcoming shows I'm looking forward to the checking out the most is HUSH director Mike Flanagan's 10-episode take on Shirley Jackson's THE HAUNTING OF HILL HOUSE over on Netflix.
The series already has a powerhouse cast set up including Carla Gugino, Michel Huisman, Elizabeth Reaser, Kate Siegel and Henry Thomas, and today we can add one more quaily name to the list.
Yes, THE DARK HALF's Timothy Hutton has signed onto the Netflix series.
Rumor has it Hutton will be playing the father of the Crane siblings — played by Huisman, Reaser, and Siegel — with Gugino as the mother. This new version is said to "draw from the original classic ghost story while expanding on the mythology of the Crane family."
