Larry Fessenden is a genre-mainstay who seemingly can do it all. He's a fantastic actor, an intelligent writer, and one hell of a director, so anytime the guy attaches himself to a project it immediately gets my attention. Last week we shared the poster for his latest directing effort, the horror-on-the-water tale BENEATH, which had its premiere this past weekend at the Stanley Film Festival, and today we have a look at the trailer for the film which you can peep below.
BENEATH stars Danny Zovatto, Bonnie Dennison, Chris Conroy, Jonny Orsini, Griffin Newman, and Mackenzie Rosman, and the horror pic centers on…
a group of friends celebrating their high school graduation at a remote lake location. Things take a turn for the dire when they are confronted with a horrifying deadly underwater predator who tests the bonds of their friendship as they fight for survival. The group ends up stuck in the lake in a sinking boat with no oars. Paranoia soon sets in and the friends soon begin to turn on one another.
Look for BENEATH to hit Uni's Chiller TV later this year.
