Deadline reports that star of Netflix's The Witcher, Henry Cavill, has suffered a leg injury while working on an "assault course". Luckily, the injury seems to be minor, and the production has decided to continue filming around him before the inevitable holiday hiatus. This is the last in a series of setbacks, including many delays due to cast/crew testing positive for Covid multiple times.
Hopefully Cavill has a speedy recovery, and we'll be able to watch the second season by sometime next year. Either way, here's the official synopsis for the show:
The witcher Geralt, a mutated monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world in which people often prove more wicked than beasts.
Meanwhile, no official release date as of yet, but we'll keep you updated once we find out!
So what do you guys think? Fans of the first season? If so, looking forward to the second? Comment below!
