Takashi Shimizu’s haunted airplane flick 7500 suffers unknown delay

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

So much for my most anticipated summer slate

According to BoxOfficeMojo, Takashi Shimizu’s haunted airplane flick 7500 is having serious trouble taking off. In fact, the movie’s release has been delayed from August 31, 2012 to an undetermined 2013 date. Ouch indeed!

Not that I expected anything but a campy ass horror-show in the air…replete with a dozen smokin’ female 20 somethings. Seemed perfect for a goofy summer good time, but all that seems for naught at this point. My guess is the flick will land an early 2013 release, which is rarely a good sign.

Starring Leslie Bibb, Ryan Kwanten, Amy Smart, Jerry Ferrara, Jamie Chung, Scout Taylor Compton, Nicky Whelan, Aja Evans, Rick Kelly, Johnathon Schaech, Alex Frost and Christian Serratos:

7500 concerns a group of passengers who encounter what appears to be a supernatural force while on a transpacific flight.

Standby for a new flight schedule.

Nicky Whelan!
