Special edition Blu-ray of Pieces coming from Grindhouse

"You don't have to go to Texas for a chainsaw massacre," says the tagline of the 1982 film PIECES. While you will be sacrificing a great deal of quality by choosing director Juan Piquer Simón's sleazefest over Tobe Hooper's classic THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE, what you get in return is a blast of gore, laughs, and utter absurdity. I wouldn't exactly call PIECES a good movie, but it's certainly fun to watch.

The story: 

A psychopathic killer stalks a Boston campus, brutally slaughtering nubile young college co-eds, collecting body parts from each victim to create the likeness of his mother who he savagely murdered with an axe when he was ten years old!

Over the years, the film has gained a strong cult following and has been praised by the likes of Joe Bob Briggs, Eli Roth, and Chas. Balun, and now Grindhouse Releasing is set to give it the special edition Blu-ray release it deserves, a three disc set packed with the following features:
