It has finally arrived! The full-length trailer for Ridley Scott’s PROMETHEUS. Did it live up to my expectations? It floored the heck out of me. And was that an ALIEN-ish figure in there (see screen grabs below)? I was surprised by that. I thought the Space Jockey would be the only connection being that the project, although set in the same universe as ALIEN, is supposed to be separate from the ALIEN movie franchise. NICE! In the distant future, two superpowers control Earth and fight each other for all the solar system’s natural resources. When one side dispatches a team to a distant planet to terraform it for human colonization, the team discovers an indigenous race of bio-mechanoid killers.
