Return to Nuke ‘Em High with this NSFW teaser

Troma’s next in-house production and first in-house remake, RETURN TO NUKE ‘EM HIGH, has finally gotten a (fairly NSFW) teaser trailer. It is a veritable kaleidoscope of blood, gore, toxic waste and boobs. So, yeah, it’s a typical Troma film.

The film is a remake of Troma’s seminal CLASS OF NUKE ‘EM HIGH. The new version updates things with digital photography, lesbians, and ducks, among other things. RETURN TO… is produced in association with STARZ Media, which also means that we probably won’t have to wait forever to see the film distributed after its completion (I’m looking at you POULTRYGEIST and MOTHER’S DAY).

As a fan of CLASS OF NUKE ‘EM HIGH, I miss the 1980s-style punk rock feel, a very hard-to-duplicate tone the original film nailed perfectly. However, this one looks like a RETURN (yuck, yuck) to Tromatic form for the company with straightforward sex, violence, and comedy. I look forward to checking it out and you should too.
