Predator sequel by 10 Cloverlane’s Dan Trachtenberg reveals new details!

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

So this is interesting! A few days ago, we reported about 10 CLOVERLANE director, Dan Trachtenberg, getting tapped to direct a new PREDATOR film, to be separate from Shane Black's 2018 critical and financial bomb THE PREDATOR.

Here's what Trachtenberg said about the project on Twitter, implying that the film would've been a surprise PREDATOR film the way his original was a surprise CLOVERFIELD film:

Furthermore, almost a year ago, Discussing Film got an exclusive leak about a film he was working on for 20th Century Fox/Disney, called SKULLS, that would

follow a Comanche woman who goes against gender norms and traditions to become a warrior…John Davis will produce the film under the Davis Entertainment production banner. He has previously produced ‘Chronicle’, ‘The Man From UNCLE’, ‘Victor Frankenstein’, ‘Joy, ‘Ferdinand’, ‘The Predator’, ‘Shaft’ and ‘‘Dolemite Is My Name’.

So, as PREDATORs collect skulls…the movie SKULLS may in fact be connected to PREDATOR, and share the same synopsis! It's even being produced by John Davis, who produced THE PREDATOR!

So what do you guys think? Excited for a new PREDATOR film? Either way, sound off bleow!
