Director Luca Guadagnino’s remake of Dario Argento's SUSPIRIA finally hits theaters via Amazon Studios November 2nd. And today we have an all-new clip from the film to share with you guys! It's called "Improvise Freely" and it features star Dakota Johnson, you know, improvising her dance moves freely, all the while something nasty under the floorboards caresses the floor on which she dances. It's much creepier and semi-sexual than it sounds.
Give the new clip a look-see below and then lets us know what you think!
Scripted by David Kajganich, the new take on SUSPIRIA stars Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, Jessica Harper and Chloë Grace Moretz. The synopsis:
A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe's artistic director (Swinton), an ambitious young dancer (Johnson), and a grieving psychotherapist (Ebersdorf). Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up.
The remake is rated R for "disturbing content involving ritualistic violence, bloody images, and graphic nudity, and for some language including sexual references." Amazon Studios will be giving Guadagnino's SUSPIRIA a theatrical release in New York and Los Angeles on October 26, with the film expanding nationwide on November 2, 2018.
