Jessica Chastain hopes to play adult Bev in IT: Chapter 2

At this point, I think it's safe to say that every single one of us has seen STEPHEN KING'S IT. Some of us multiple times. I'm on two viewings myself.

But as good as the new film was, what we all want to know nowadays – and the question I'm asked most frequently – is "Is there any news on who will be playing the adults in IT: CHAPTER 2?"

And while I still can't say anything officially, most of you know that the fan favorite for Beverly Marsh is Jessica Chastain. But how does SHE feel about portraying adult Bev? Well, Screen Rant just asked her that exact question and her answer (at least to this guy) wasn't the least bit surprising.

Jessica Chastain on IT: CHAPTER 2:

Well, I love Andy and Barbara. I worked with them on Andy’s directorial debut, you know, his film, Mama. His first film. And you know, Barbara is one of my best friends so…

She continues:

Listen, of course, I want to work… they’re my friends. They’re like my family. Anything that they’re doing I want to be a part of, so I hope we can make it happen.
