Images from ABC’s of Death directors The Strange Colour of Your Body’s Tears

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

If you’ve gotten the chance to check out the horror anthology ABC’S OF DEATH you may remember the astounding “O Is For Orgasm” segment from the directing duo of Helene Cattet and Bruno Forzani. Cattet and Forzani are also responsible for 2009’s incredible AMER, which solidified the duo as a team to watch. Those that have been waiting for more from the directing duo will be happy to know that they are currently working on their sophomore feature, THE STRANGE COLOUR OF YOUR BODY’S TEARS, and today we have a few images to share with you courtesy the fine folks over at Twitch Film.

THE STRANGE COLOUR OF YOUR BODY’S TEARS stars Klaus Tange, Jean-Michel Vovk, Sylvia Camarda, Sam Louwyck and Anna D’Annunzio, and while not much is known about the film, we do have this short-but-to-the-point synopsis:

A woman vanishes. Her husband inquires into the strange circumstances of her disappearance. Did she leave him? Is she dead? As he goes along searching, he plunges into a world of nightmare and violence…

The directors also released a short statement about their upcoming film, stating…

The Strange Colour is the story of a man who investigates the weird conditions of his wife’s disappearance. It’s a film which we have worked on for nine years now. It is set in Brussels (where we live) which is particularly known for its Art Nouveau architecture. The film is still produced by the same producers as Amer – Eve Commenge and François Cognard – and the Flemish director / producer Koen Mortier.”

Along with the creepy, green-tinted image above, we have two more images from the film to check out below. THE STRANGE COLOUR OF YOUR BODY’S TEARS should be released later this year.
