I'm a big fan of 80's slasher flicks like HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME so it was with this in mind I was excited to check out Blumhouse's throwback HAPPY DEATH DAY.
But then the film's PG-13 rating was announced and I saw the trailer. Then I was left thinking the film was more PROM NIGHT (2008) than PROM NIGHT (1980). Am I wrong? I still plan to find out.
Speaking of which HAPPY DEATH DAY will be hitting Blu-ray, DVD, and On Demand January 16th, 2018. Guess we'll all be able to decide for ourselves once that date hits, huh?
