After Dark brings home Mischief Night in May, starring Malcolm McDowell

After Dark Films wants you to lock your doors because they will finally be releasing MISCHIEF NIGHT on DVD, Digital HD and various VOD platforms on May 20th! MISCHIEF NIGHT marks the seventh film in the After Dark Originals 2 series.

Starring Brooke Anne Smith (MTV's "Awkward"), Marc Valera (TV's "Melrose Place"), and Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange), MISCHIEF NIGHT follows the unexpected relationship between a predator and his prey the night before All Hallows Eve. The MISCHIEF NIGHT DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $26.98.

On the night before Halloween, young Kaylie is at work babysitting when she’s warned by a local night watchman not to answer the door, because nothing good can happen on Mischief Night. Soon, Kaylie realizes someone is stalking her, but on the night before Halloween, nothing is as it seems. They say “Danger is on the other side of the door.” But they never said which side of the door you’re on.

It's tough to beat a good horror flick that actually takes place on or during Halloween, so I'm really rooting for MISCHIEF NIGHT to deliver the goods! Hopefully we'll be seeing more from this one as we lead up to its release!
