Horror Movie Hotties: Cyborg 2 (1993)

With EX MACHINA clunking its way into theaters this weeked, now's as good a time as any to look back at other flicks featuring eery robots and uncomfortable suspense. CYBORG 2 may consider itself more of a sci-fi-action-thriller with creepy robots, but it still sits under the "horror" section at my local video rental place, probaby because the DVD cover is pretty f*cking terrifying. The film, which also goes by the title GLASS SHADOW, was released shortly after TERMINATOR 2: JUDGEMENT DAY made robots insanely bankable and shortly before JURASSIC PARK made dinosaurs insanely bankable. What's most important about CYBORG 2, however, is it was Angelina Jolie's film debut. Even more importantly, it included Angie's very first sex scene in a movie (the first of many, throughout the '90's, anyway).
