Bob Clark’s A Christmas Story (1983) is considered to be the greatest Christmas film of all time thanks to its depiction of warm Christmastime nostalgia. Both Home Alone and A Christmas Story stand the test of time as holiday classics, but which is the ultimate yuletide film? Only one way to find out: FACE-OFF!

1983’s A Christmas Story was not a box office hit when initially released. It only grossed about $20 million when initially released, making it only a modest hit.
