With both Arrow and The Flash continuing to entertain viewers and raise the bar of what superheroes can do on television, The CW is looking to expand their small-screen superhero universe with the upcoming DC's Legends of Tomorrow. The series will bring a ragtag group of heroes together in order to confront an unstoppable threat not only to Earth, but to all of time itself. Heavy.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow, which has already nabbed a full series order, will bring together a variety of characters from both Arrow and The Flash, including Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Victor Garber, Dominic Purcell, and Wentworth Miller. After witnessing the future, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) is tasking with assembling a disparate group of heroes and villains in order to defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known.
