Hasbro debuts Baby Yoda merchandise, including an interactive version

You've been waiting long enough, and now the time has finally come for Baby Yoda to make his official interactive toy debut!

That's right, Star Wars fans, your favorite Force-wielding, judgmental soup-sipping character will soon be waddling his way into your home courtesy of Hasbro's new and interactive Baby Yoda toy! While some toys based on the now-iconic character have managed to make their way onto toy store shelves, Hasbro's animatronic version goes beyond the scope of inanimate cuddles to bring you an interactive experience with the little green guy like never before.

The toy recently made its debut on Good Morning America, where a rep awkwardly introduced the almond-eyed icon to audience members across the globe:

In addition to Hasbro's new interactive figure, a talking plush and Funko Pop! version of Baby Yoda were also on display during the Good Morning America presentation. Oh, and let's not forget about the Baby Yoda necklace, which is actually a pendant shaped like the symbol of the Mandalorians. It's the perfect accessory for those of you looking to add a bit of interstellar bling to your collection.

When it comes to Hasbro's interactive Baby Yoda, the character comes dressed in his monk-like robe, and is capable of moving while also making adorable noises. Want your Baby Yoda to use the Force? Well, it looks as if the animatronic version can do that as well!

To be clear, Disney and Hasbro sill insist the character's official name is "The Child," but c'mon, we all know better than that. Each of the new toys are expected to arrive on toy store shelves in the spring, so be sure to save your credits so that you can snag a Baby Yoda of your very own.
