Halloween double feature Blu-ray coming this October

Blumhouse and David Gordon Green's HALLOWEEN KILLS and HALLOWEEN ENDS will start filming in three weeks. And today we've learned that Target has an exclusive double feature Blu-ray on the way this October featuring John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN and Blumhouse's HALLOWEEN.

You can go ahead and check out the killer cover art below and then make sure to hit us up and let us know if you plan to snag a copy of this double feature Blu-ray when it hits this October. After that, you can pre-order your copy right over HERE.

John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN began:

On a cold Halloween night in 1963, six year old Michael Myers brutally murdered his 17-year-old sister, Judith. He was sentenced and locked away for 15 years. But on October 30, 1978, while being transferred for a court date, a 21-year-old Michael Myers steals a car and escapes Smith's Grove. He returns to his quiet hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois, where he looks for his next victims.

Then Blumhouse's HALLOWEEN picked up:

40 years after Laurie Strode survived a vicious attack from crazed killer Michael Myers on Halloween night. Locked up in an institution, Myers manages to escape when his bus transfer goes horribly wrong. Laurie now faces a terrifying showdown when the masked madman returns to Haddonfield, Ill. — but this time, she's ready for him.

As we all know good and well, John Carpenter directed the original film from a screenplay he co-wrote along with producer Debra Hill. Meanwhile, David Gordon Green helmed the new entry from a screenplay he co-wrote along with PINEAPPLE EXPRESS and EASTBOUND & DOWN star Danny McBride. Jamie Lee Curtis starred in both films and will return for HALLOWEEN KILLS and HALLOWEEN ENDS as well. Those films will be released in 2020 and 2021. In the meantime, this HALLOWEEN double feature Blu-ray hits a Target near you exclusively on October 1, 2019.
