Well this is a film that has absolutely zero information. There isn’t even any cast or crew officially names that are declared…but there is this trailer!
Halcyon International Pictures has a certain sci-fi/horror flick on their listings named DAY 2. Say what? DAY 2 has something to do with some group of survivors trying to fight off an alien invasion WHILE a zombie infection spreads amid the global chaos. Fun stuff eh? Sure we have our share of “survivors fending off an alien invasion” flicks and even more so the “survivors fending off a zombie horde” concept.
Then there’s both. Hmm, why don’t pull a Will Smith as we try to destroy the Mother Ship while Jeff Goldblum finds out the anti-virus to an impending zombie apocalypse. The names of who’s associated with this…unique mash-up will eventually pop up whenever Halcyon International releases that information. Speaking of which, some of Halcyon International’s releases have been BRIDE OF RE-ANIMATOR, 2021: LUNAR APOCALYPSE (No, that date is not a type), the classic RE-ANIMATOR, and the upcoming FAMOUS MONSTERS: REBOOT (2011) which basically reboots all of the classic monster movies from Universal.
