WARNING: DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED THE SEASON THREE FINALE YET
It’s safe to assume that you wouldn’t have opened this story unless A) you’ve watched last nights season three finale of “The Walking Dead”, or B) you just like having things spoiled for you. If option B is the case, go ahead and read our Out of the Grave recap of last nights episode HERE. Lots of good stuff there.
The Hollywood Reporter is sharing that British actor David Morrissey will be returning for season four of the hit AMC series, reprising his role as The Governor for yet another go-round with Rick and his crew.
Morrissey initially signed on for a one-season role to play the famed villain from the comics created by Robert Kirkman on which the TV series is based. When his casting was announced in February 2012, AMC noted the actor would “appear in The Walking Dead season three.” Seeing as how last nights finale ended with The Governor stil breathing, it comes as no surprise that the producers of “The Walking Dead” would invite Morrissey back to continue his story.
So are you glad to hear that The Governor will be back for another season? Spit bullets below and let us know what you think.
